BASIC SERVICE PACKAGE :

The Basic Service package includes...
•Up to ten pictures scanned = 10 photo scans
•One print of each photo scanned = 10 photo prints*
•One CD containing 3 files of each scanned photo = 30 photo files
+1 Web-ready file to email or post (low resolution JPEG)
+1 Desktop printer quality file (medium resolution RGB TIF)
+1 Professional quality file (high resolution CMYK TIF)

With the Basic Service Package, each image will be sharpened slightly, brightened, and cropped as needed. The Basic Service package does not include any special restoration or manipulation. Please see our Optional Services for retouching and other customization. |

JPG PRINT SPECIALS :
JPG PRINT SPECIALS : Based on the quality and size of your JPG, your file can be made into a larger file of improved resolution. We use the high-resolution file to print your photo; it is also available on CD. Visit our JPG Print Special page for more details and photo examples.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RESTORATION SERVICES :
PHOTOGRAPHIC RESTORATION SERVICES : We have three levels of digital restoration of Photos, Keepsakes & Documents. Level One: Light Restoration:
Basic sharpening and brightening to enhance the clarity of an image; removal of dust, spots, and scratches; and repair to minor damage on edges and background areas of the image. Level Two: Heavy Restoration:
General clean-up of an image; contrast enhancement and sharpening; removal of color casts; repair of scratches, cracks, and stains; and repair of minor damage on edges of the image. Level Three: Extreme Restoration
Reconstructive work, repair of damage to central part of the image, repair of torn images. Visit our Restoration Page for more details and photo examples.

Our prints are digital restorations of images scanned from your new, old or damaged photos. Your original photos are not harmed or altered in any way. If you are not comfortable mailing your original photos, we can work from your scanned files. See our Scanning Tips page for scanning guidelines.
